Professor Danis' research and teaching focus on management of international ventures and strategic alliances, entrepreneurship & innovation, and the influence of national & organizational culture on managerial practices. He has lived, worked, and traveled extensively in Central & Eastern Europe, taught MBA and executive courses in Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Bosnia-Herzegovina, and consulted for well-known organizations in both Europe and the U.S.
